in thailand, the is no breakfast, lunh or dinner foods, theres only food, so sme days, ill have cereal,and...fried chicken for breakfast

a plethora of insects and lizards all over the house

girls flirting with "the American" at school
the feet being thought of as the rudest and most discusting part of the body

when someones addressing an audiance, its perfectly normal to carry on seperate conversations
the smells of thailand

having to make sure coconuts dont fall on me in the front yard

:o) All those things will be here upon your return. :o) Just remember the experience your having is once in a lifetime. And your not a whiner, culture shock can take alot of getting used too.. :O) As for the girls flirting with the "american" shoot be greatful they are interested.. :o) I know a guy that went to Thialand and came back with a wife... haha, something to look forward too. :o)
But in all seriousness its ok to be uncomfy.. Just stay strong and you will push through in excellent form I am sure. Hope school is going well. :o) Ok, now the feet thing is just weird.. Feet are sexy! Not gonna lie.. j/k

Ryan, I think we all got a chance to know what life is like there. Thanks for sharing all your thoughts. Sorry that you miss some of those things! We won't mention when we go to In & Out or Chipotle!
Marco misses you too...I don't think he realizes you aren't coming back for a while.
We'll get some floss to you and maybe some fabric softener! It's the small things that we often miss the most, huh? Do you want us to send you some mosquito repellant?
That's one way to learn the metric system...if you don't come back knowing thai, you'll at least have that down! That's good to know for the nursing field!
Expand on the feet situation...do you have to have your feet covered all the time?
Have you been eating fresh coconut? Sounds like you have a few around you.

And regarding fried chicken for breakfast...I recall you would do that a couple times here as well!! Cold pizza too! Do you have pizza there?
