Sankes, Monks, and Elephants! (oh my)

Hey every one, its me again, suprise huh?
so Ive just had a whirlwind of a week!! and the main points of it were snakes monks and elephants, "thats a wierd combo, how did that come about" you ask
well youve came to the right website, cause ill tell you....

It all started with a lazy thursday, my host mom and I had nothing planned, so she decieded to suprise me with a trip to the local king cobra village, thats right I said KING COBRA!!
anyways, we get there, and they have some snakes in cages, no biggie right,
wrong.
they lead me over to this, arena kind of stadium thing and sit me down and hand me a bottle of water to dink, and all of a suddin loud music booms on and a kid, no older than seven steppup on stage and bows, ant then another kid starts fishin around in a box with a big stick and whips out a live cobra!!! instantly the frist kid runs at it, and hits it on the head!
I WAS BEYOND SHOCKED!!! BLOWN AWAY!!!
the snake strikes, and the kid rolls out of the way! and they start this insane game of tag, where every time the snake barely misses, three things are on my mind right now, one, this kid is going to kill himself!
two theres no fence on this arena and im in the fron row,
and three, GET YOUR CAMERA OUT YOU IDIOT! THIS IS GOIN ON YOUTUBE!!!!!!!!

after many four snake fights and plenty of scare we took off, Id say more, but im running out of time..

Day 2 then the next day, we went out to khonkaen, (its like a drive to sacramento)
to go visit the temple, and let me say, this thing was BEAUTIFUL!!!, not just aww thats pretty... lets go somewhere else,no thuis thing was massive nine stories tall, shaped like afour sided spire, that strached up to the heavens, with tiny bells all over the entire the entre structure, that made a melodic tinkling that you could hear half a block away, the entide enterior was golden and red, with magnificent statues, and monks every where everywhere, and from when the eighth story, you could see half the provine o khonkaen, did I mention all the flors were open air, no windows, you were actially on the side of the building, the monks, that were there were awesome, and they even took a picture with me, I spent about an hour in that temple, just wandering the hals and floors, it was pretty sweet!!

today, thohg was by fay one of my favorites!!!
driving back from bangkok, I was able to stop at this blace, where people let you ride elepants, yes real ELEPHANTS!!! aroun the ruins of temples and the city!!!
it was exhillarating, amazing, sublime, pick a word!!!
i SAT UP ON THIS kind of bench seat, behin the driver and we rode around the ruins and town for about twenty minuets, and the things can actually book it, i mean, if I didnt hold on, id of gotten thrown off quite a few times, and it would have been a pretty big fall, it was absolutly increadible, and im gonna remember it for quite a while!!
any ways theres my story, Im spent, and probably have an onset of carpal tunnel now, so im gonna go to bed, its about eight twenty am... yesterday back home dont worry though guys tommoro has been great for me I hope it will be for you...
until next time

The Temple sounds magnificent.. :o) A real memory to treasure. As for the snakes.. Why didn't you get up and join the game. :) Now that would be a great utube video. And last but not least the elephants. :o) Sounds superb.. Just to look at the ruins let alone to ride on the back of an elephant! :o) Exciting! Sounds like you're having the time of your life. :o) I'm so thrilled for you! Next step put up some PICTURES! :o)
